Function: The Leisure & Cultural Partnership is the specialist delivery group representing the ‘Culturally Vibrant’ challenge
in the Community Strategy. It was set up in 2002 to drive
the development of the Leisure and Culture sector in Enfield,
and primarily oversees and monitors the implementation of
Enriching Enfield, the borough's Cultural Strategy.
