Information in the Publication Scheme
Information in the Publication Scheme gives you access to information about the Council without having to make a specific ‘Request for Information.’ The Scheme describes:
• the type of information that we publish regularly
• how you can obtain the information
• whether there is any charge for the information, and if so, how much
Where possible, we will meet requests to provide information in a specific format, e.g. large type.
What sort of information is included in the Publication Scheme?
All information that is regularly and routinely made available to the public, including:
• Services provided by the Council
• Minutes and agendas from meetings
• Details about Members
• Policies, practices, guidelines
• Structure and organisation
• Leaflets on a variety of topics
