FoI Charges

We are still awaiting guidance from Central Government on the regulations about fees, but we anticipate that there will be no charge other than for reasonable administrative costs (postage, photocopying, etc) for information which will cost less than £450 to put together. You will be notified in writing of the amount we are seeking to cover administrative costs, and you will not incur any costs unless and until you agree that you wish to meet them.
