This website has been live since December 1996 and now serves over 72,000 distinct hosts per month. Recent monthly page views were 513,000. It has been content managed using Stellent Content Server since November 2004.

We have a target for the website to be available for at least 98% of the time. However, this is not always possible and there may be times when the website is unavailable briefly, due to technical difficulties or unavoidable maintenance.

Customising your desktop for maximium accessibility

Ignoring font colours and backgrounds

Using these instructions you can ignore font colours that are hard to read and also remove background graphics (watermarks).

1. Go to Tools and Internet Options.
2. On the General Tab, at the bottom, is a button labelled Accessibility, click on this.
3. Click on the box to the left of "Ignore Colors Specified on Web Pages ".
4. Click on the OK button and on the next OK button.

Changing text size

You can also change the text size on your screen using the tool provided on each page

Alternatively you can click on View and then Text Size then click on the size of text that you require.
