We are keen to make a difference and to improve services. Scrutiny tries to look at topics from the point of view of the resident. To encourage this approach the involvement of service users and members of the public is vital. Part of this role is to keep an eye on the Cabinet’s decisions and how it works.
Scrutiny in Enfield consists of 6 standing panels, and an overarching Overview & Scrutiny Committee, made up of the chairmen of the 6 panels. These are:

Environment, Parks & Leisure Scrutiny Panel
Health Scrutiny Panel
Housing Scrutiny Panel
Crime and Safety Panel
