Each local authority provides a list of properties or land currently available to let or purchase within the area.

Estates and Valuation is the service responsible for the letting out of all property owned by the Council except for Housing. In particular we let out Industrial, Retail Office, Catering premises and land in the Green Belt.

The London Borough of Enfield also holds a retail portfolio. The Retail portfolio is currently being managed by Spencer Craig Partnership.
