Housing – allocations – change of tenancy

Dealing with requests to change the terms of a tenancy for existing tenants. This covers transfer of tenancies, requests for joint tenancy, succession to tenancy.

Council tenants can request a change to their existing tenancy by contacting their estate manager, for example a request can be made to create a joint tenancy.

Eligibility
Any Enfield Council tenant.

Required Customer Information
Name and address and details of the change required.

Service Level Agreement and Turnaround
We will respond to postal and telephone queries within 10 working days. We will acknowledge e-mail queries within 24 hours and respond to them within 10 working days.
