Unitary Development Plan

The London Borough of Enfield does not have a separate Minerals Local Plan; the Unitary Development Plan (UDP) contains Enfield’s policies relating to minerals extraction. The Council is replacing the UDP with a new style of plan called a Local Development Framework (LDF). Enfield’s Local Development Framework will provide planning guidance on minerals issues.

A published version of the UDP is available to download online Unitary Development Plan (UDP) and the proposals map through Mapping On Line in Enfield.
The Council is replacing its existing Unitary Development Plan (UDP) with a new style of plan called a Local Development Framework (LDF).
Enfield's LDF will consist of a series of planning documents. To follow the latest progress on the LDF, click on Local Development Framework (LDF)
