The Local Land Charge Section carries out all full official Local Authority Land Charges searches which includes: Land Charges register (covered by the Local Land charges Act 1975), guaranteeing comprehensive replies to the official LLC1 (registerable charges, improvement grants, tree preservation orders etc.) and CON29 Part 1 enquiries (road schemes, planning history etc).

An application for a full Local Authority Land Charges Search can be made by completing two separate forms. LLC1 (Local Land Charges register) and CON29 for replies to Part 1 enquiries and sneding in with appropriate fee.

Required Customer Information
Appropriate Banker’s card for payment by cheque.

Service Level Agreement and Turnaround
Full Local Authority Land Charges search applications if received by 10.30am are completed and returned on same day of delivery.
