Asking customers for feedback on council performance in relation to services or other aspects of council business. The Corporate Policy Team co-ordinate the Council’s corporate consultation programme. Each year an independent social research organisation carries out, on behalf of the Council, a Residents’ Survey (except every third year, when a General BVPI survey takes place), up to three Citizens’ Panels per year and a General BVPI Survey every three years (next survey will be 2009). The results of these surveys feed into the service planning process. Eligibility
