The Older Persons Essential Guide 2007-2009
Welcome to the 5th edition of The Older Person's Essential Guide.
If you are 50 or over, this Guide aims to help you get the most from life. It covers a wide range of topics, from leisure activities and money matters, to health and support for carers. We hope it will provide answers to any problems you may encounter, but where it cannot, we have tried to point you in the right direction to find them.
We have sometimes referred you on to another publication, such as a list of social clubs, rather than reproducing them in the Guide.
The Guide is divided into 12 chapters and has been produced jointly by:
Enfield Council
Enfield Primary Care Trust
Age Concern Enfield
The next update of the Older Person’s Essential Guide will be available in 2010.
The Guide is available FREE from Enfield libraries, Age Concern offices and Enfield Council offices.
