Jobs - sports employment

Enfield Sports Development Team employ a number of staff (sports coaches) to provide our wide range of sport and physical activities. Vacancies are usually advertised in the local media and also appear on the Job Vacancies link to 337pages of the Council's Website. The Team also accepts ongoing applications from individuals who complete and submit a coach profile form with copies of their sporting qualifications.

The range of opportunities goes from Swimming Teachers to sports specific coaches (E.g. Basketball, Football, gymnastics etc). Often we look to employ students who have attended one of our coach education courses.

For those wishing to train as a teacher/coach in a particular sport we are able to offer advice about the opportunities available and perhaps even where funding may be sought.
For information about training opportunities contact the Sports Development Team on the above contact details.

The Sports Development Team employs people to be sports coaches on an ongoing basis. To be considered for a sports coach position applicants must complete a coach profile and equal opportunities monitoring form and submit copies of all sports qualifications. Appropriate applicants will be contacted to attend an interview.
