Submit a planning enforcement complaint online

Note that you will be required to register before accessing the online complaint form.

On submitting your complaint a temporary online submission reference will be displayed with an E prefix. Once your complaint has been logged you will receive notification of the case reference number (INV number) and the case officer contact details. Please note that if you have ticked the box requesting that you remain anonymous you will not receive further notification.

Please note that we endeavour to protect the identity of complainants, although the public have limited access to our enforcement case files. It is also often the case that developers guess the identity of complainants, for which the Council cannot be held responsible.
