Application Forms
Enfield is now using the new standard 1-APP national planning application forms. It will be a requirement for all Local Planning Authorities to use these forms from 6th April 2008.
In addition to the new paper forms, applicants will be encouraged to submit their applications on new online forms via the national Planning Portal. The new online forms service will link to the national and local Planning Application Requirements for the relevant local authority to try and ensure that as many applications as possible are valid on submission. The Planning Application Requirements will apply to both paper and electronic applications.
Enfield’s 1-APP Requirements
Please note that the Planning Portal is not a Council service. Should you require advice with submitting or amending your application online, or encounter a problem, you will need to contact the Portal for assistance.
Before you submit a planning application, it is always best to talk to us first about the work you intend to carry out.
We can advise you about:
• Planning policies that may affect your application
• Which form you need
• How many sets of plans you need
• How much you will have to pay for your application to be dealt with
