Unitary Development PlanThe London Borough of Enfield’s Unitary Development Plan (UDP) was adopted on 25th March 1994. It provides a framework for development, development control and conservation within Enfield and sets out the Council’s policies and proposals for the development and other use of land. A published version of the UDP is available to download online Unitary Development Plan (UDP) and for the proposals map through Mapping On Line in Enfield. Hard copies of the UDP are also available for inspection at each of the main libraries in the Borough and can be purchased from the Civic Centre at Enfield Town. Saved UDP Policies

Please note: all other policies of Enfield’s adopted UDP 1994 will remain valid until they are replaced by Enfield’s Local Development Framework (LDF). Further details of Saved UDP policies. We also publish supplementary planning guidance, development standards and design guidance on various subjects and development briefs for important sites.
