The removal and clearance of spillage and debris from public highways in the borough. The Council provides a rapid response facility for clearance of spillages and debris from public highways. Private or unadopted roads are the responsibility of the relevant landowners. Trunk roads A10 and A406 are the responsibility of TfL who have appointed WSP as their contractor. Blood spillages should be directed through to React 01283 550503. Reports should be directed through to the Customer Service Centre where details will be sent to the external contractors or street cleansing staff on call. Eligibility
