The local authority provides householders with information relating to their council tax and payments. This may include information on discount eligibility, payment of arrears and requests for copies of bills.

The Council tax section deals with enquiries from householders about all aspects of their Council tax. Enquiries can be made via phone, e-mail, fax and letter or in person.

Required Customer Information
To deal with your request we need your Council tax account number and/or your full name and address.

Service Level Agreement and Turnaround
We aim to answer your queries within fourteen days but at peak times this may not be possible.
