Business Rates - How to Pay

Help Us to Keep Our Costs Down.

We collect Business Rates as quickly as possible to keep our costs as low as we can. Instalments are due on the first of each month.

In most cases we send only one reminder before taking further action.

People who pay late risk being taken to court and having to pay costs!
Please help us to avoid taking you to court by paying your instalments on time.

We accept payment by the following methods:

Direct Debit – the easiest way to pay!

Direct Debit is the easiest form of payment for many people. It will save you time, trouble and unnecessary costs. The payments will be automatically debited from the current account of your choice. You will be notified in advance of the payments and their due dates and you can cancel the arrangement at any time.

To pay by Direct Debit, simply call the Business Rates Team on 020 8379 4766; please have your bank details available. (Please note if you are a Limited Company we will need you to fill in a Direct Debit form and send it back to us at the address shown.)
