Supporting the life chances of children and young people facing difficult circumstances
Parent Partnership Service: Promoting Educational Inclusion by giving independent and impartial information, advice & advocacy to parents/carers on special educational needs, disability, behaviour, attendance, exclusion etc.
Family Support Service: Holiday activities for families, term time after-school clubs, Parent Chat, volunteer training and opportunities
Father Worker: Information advice and support given to fathers in all situations as well as father and children clubs and sporting activities organised.
LEAP/PSA: A programme to support schools, parents and children make a successful transition from primary to secondary school.
Co-operative Children: a programme providing parenting courses, workshops and informal support sessions.

The above project workers can be reached by telephone, or email. There is an answer phone after working hours and when advisers are not available.

For reduced payments on our activities we require evidence of Benefits eligibility
Service Level Agreement and Turnaround
If an Adviser is not able to answer the phone we aim to return calls within 2 working days (not counting weekends).
Some projects operate during term time only and therefore are not available during the school holiday periods. Please call the office for further details.
