Planning - decision notices - statutory register | |
|
The local authority is required to issue a formal decision notice on all planning applications. Notices should clearly state whether planning permission is granted or refused and should also provide the applicant with information on how to appeal any decision. You may view a planning decision in person by visiting Environment Direct at the Civic Centre, between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm. Some planning decisions can also be viewed on the Councils website. You can buy a copy of a planning decision from Environment Direct, or you can write to us at London Borough of Enfield, Planning and Transportation, PO Box 53, Civic Centre, Enfield, Middx, EN1 3XE, asking for a copy of the planning decision. Charges for this service may be obtained from the planning support section on 020 8379 1000. It should be noted that payment would need to be received before copies are undertaken. Eligibility
