Building Application Forms

There are three different types of application under the Building Regulations:
Full Plans (992kb Adobe Acrobat pdf file)
full working drawings and calculations. Approved before work commences on site.
Building Notice (907kb Adobe Acrobat pdf file)
limited information in drawings or calculations, but full inspection of works on site - generally for minor works - may be submitted only 48 hours before work commences on site.
Regularisation Certificate (1mb Adobe Acrobat pdf file)
to regularise unauthorised work carried out after 11th November 1985.
