Parking fines may be payable where a vehicle is parked in a marked bay without a permit/ticket or outside a marked bay (on yellow lines etc.). The council will issue a ticket for an illegally parked vehicle, which will advise the owner how to pay the required fine or appeal against the ticket.

Advice and adjudication services for motorists issued with a penalty charge notice; all challenges to penalty charge notices must be in writing/e-form, but initial advice can be obtained by telephone.
The department can also advise about parking permits, car park facilities/charges and removed (towed-away) vehicles.

The Council’s parking contractor, NCP Services, is also available 24 hours a day via the Parking Shop, Enfield Vehicle Park, Crown Road, Enfield EN1 1TH – telephone: 020 8443 0602
