Schedule 4 - Dog fouling  

Schedule 4 relates to Order One - Removal of Dog Faeces, which requires, if a dog defecates at any time on the land to which this order applies, the person who is in charge of the dog must remove the faeces from the land forthwith. This order applies to all land within the administrative area of the London Borough of Enfield.
