The Pleasure Grounds, Public Walks and Open Spaces Byelaws.

The Pleasure Grounds, Public Walks and Open Spaces Byelaws relate to all parks and open spaces in the London Borough of Enfield (except Trent Park). The current Byelaws date from 1968 and it is proposed to replace them with a model set supplied by the Department of Communities and Local Government. The proposed new Byelaws have been sealed and were advertised in the local press on 11th June 2008 for public inspection and comment. After one calendar month, the Department of Communities and Local Government considers any objections before deciding whether the Byelaws can be confirmed.
