Libraries - loan renewals

Loans from libraries may be renewed or extended subject to availability. The library will check eligibility for renewal and advise the borrower of the revised return date. Items can be renewed at any Enfield Library or via Enfield’s Library Catalogue.

This service allows you to access our library catalogue.

Using your library borrower number and Personal Identification Number (PIN), you can view your personal details such as any reservations or loans you may have. You may also try to renew any loans that you currently have. If you don't already know your PIN, please ask at the counter of your library.

Items that you have on loan can be renewed at any Enfield Library either in person, by telephone, fax, letter, e-mail for which you will need to provide us with your library ticket number or online.

Eligibility
Any member of Enfield Libraries with items on loan.

Required Customer Information
Library membership number and for those using Enfield Libraries’ online catalogue PIN (Personal Identification Number) is essential. A renewal code is given as proof of renewal and this should be quoted when items are renewed for a further period or returned.

Service Level Agreement and Turnaround
In person/telephone renewals: immediately.
Letter: on the day of receipt.
Fax/Email: next business day.
