Pollution control - hazardous substances

The Public Health Team ensure that noxious matter is cleared using the Public Health Act 1936 section 79.

The Council has powers to deal with noxious matter, which means anything that is “unwholesome”.

None.

Required Customer Information
The location of the alleged hazardous material and a description. Residents should not touch the material or approach it.
