When a customer makes a service request they will be advised of which team will be dealing with the request and a worksheet reference number will be given for the customer to follow up his/her enquiry. Customers will normally be notified of the outcome to any investigation. We aim to provide an efficient and effective standard of service as it is important that customers receive the best possible service based on the resources available.
