Enfield Training Services
ETS, part of Enfield Council, is a leading provider of work- based learning programmes (wbl) covering Apprenticeships, Advanced Apprenticeships, Train 2 Gain and Entry to Employment programmes. We support learners aged 14-24.
Entry 2 Employment:

Left school and not got the qualifications, skills or experience needed for employment?
If you are interested in improving your qualifications, skills and experience in order to find a job, our E2E programme will support you in improving your basic skills, getting vocational qualifications and developing your personal effectiveness.
Administration
This is a work-based learning programme which will lead to a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) at level 1 or an Apprenticeship qualification at level 2 or Advanced Apprenticeship at level 3. These are recognised nationally by employers.

Hairdressing
This is a work-based programme, based at The Academy, Southbury Rd which will lead to a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) at level 1 or an Apprenticeship qualification at level 2.

We can promise you a friendly, supportive environment with highly qualified and experienced staff available to guide you to develop your skills and knowledge.
There are no fees for young people aged 14-18 year olds. Learners aged 19+ or their sponsor/employer will have to contribute 25% of the course fees.

All Apprenticeship programmes involve substantial contact with local employers where you receive an agreed apprenticeship wage.

E2E programmes can offer an Educational Maintenance Allowance (EMA) while on programme. Certain eligibility conditions apply.

Eligibility
14-16 year olds apply through their school liaison officer to the Enfield 14-16 clearing house. 16 + years apply direct by telephone, fax, drop –in or email or can be referred by employers, sponsors, Connexions PA, family, carer or friends.
