• How to put together an induction process.
• The purpose of staff reviews and their value to the employer & employee.
• What is a staff appraisal and why should they be used
• Tips on how to retain and support your workforce

Key Objective

At the end of the session you should:

• Gain knowledge on the importance of staff induction.
• Have the ability to put together an induction plan and checklist.
• Be able to conduct staff reviews & know the benefits of these.
• Be knowledgeable on staff appraisals and their worth.
• Be able to differentiate the difference between informal & formal staff performance reviews.
