• Be aware of creating job adverts in line with recent employment legislations.
• Be knowledgeable on a variety of interview techniques to gain a better understanding of each applicant.
• Have a greater understanding of vetting procedures in line with employment legislation.
• Have gained the opportunity to take on board different ways to retain support and motivate your work force.

Sera La Corte has worked within the recruitment industry for the past 9 years and has been involved in running large recruitment campaigns on behalf of corporate organisations across North London. Sera has delivered training workshops to independent organisations within this time and is experienced in delivering successful recruitment techniques and strategies. In addition to this she is also qualified in the Certificate in Professional Recruitment Services.
