Playsupply - Childcare Provider Support

Childcare providers can access support, guidance and training on recruitment and retention strategies through the Early Years & Childcare Recruitment Project.

As part of our continual support we have put together some new ways of offering guidance and information to all providers.

In addition to this the Childcare Recruitment Project Co-ordinator has introduced new training workshops and events to assist providers of childcare with all recruitment issues that they may face.

The training workshops available have been designed and prepared by experienced professionals both from the childcare industry and from the recruitment specialism. The training offered is of a high quality, professional and up to date. The training is offered to providers FREE of charge as long as your setting is within the Enfield borough.

To ensure that we offer support to all providers the Childcare Recruitment Project has ensured that the training workshops offered are available to providers both during the day and evenings to accommodate all.

In addition to this one to one support is offered as part of the service to providers. To arrange an appointment to discuss please call the Childcare Recruitment Project Help line directly to make an appointment. Please note it may not always be possible to have a one to one on an ongoing basis due to time constraints so therefore it is strongly advised that you try to attend one of the many training workshops provided.
