The Childcare Recruitment Project Co-ordinator has recently compiled a manual, which concentrates exclusively on recruiting staff. The manual contains all procedures that should be taken starting from the initial stages of identifying your recruitment needs through to suggestions of ways to motivate staff and perform appraisals once in post.
The manual gives a step-by-step guide on positive methods of recruiting in line with recent and existing employment legislations.
The guide is user friendly and gives examples and samples throughout.
