Completing the application form is the first step in the process, which may lead to an interview. It is essential that you complete all sections of the form as detailed and clearly as possible.

Please use black ink or type when completing the application form. All handwriting must be clear and legible (use capitals if necessary).

1. Personal Details
Please enter your personal details fully including contact telephone numbers and full address.

2. Employment History
The Early Years & Childcare Recruitment Project is interested in any employment that you consider relevant to your application. If you have not yet gained a full time permanent job, please give details of any other employment you have had such as work experience, voluntary, part time or seasonal work. Please ensure you state your most recent first and confirm reasons for any gaps in employment.

3. Education History
The Early Years & Childcare Recruitment Project is interested in any form of education you have followed. Please include any courses, which did not lead to a qualification. Please ensure that you state your most recent first. Any courses, which are not qualifications, need to be entered in the Other Training Courses Attended section.

4. Supporting Statement
This section gives you the opportunity to demonstrate your suitability for the course. It is one of the most important parts of the form whereby you have the opportunity to sell your abilities and strengths in a professional and clear manner.
You should include any relevant information and examples of relevant knowledge gained throughout your career, academic or life experience to date. Do remember the application form is the only information we have about you and a decision will be made based on the information you give on the form.
