Playsupply – Job Vacancy Bulletin
As part of the service we offer a facility for providers to advertise job vacancies on the Early Years & Childcare Recruitment Project website FREE of Charge.
Your vacancies are update on a monthly basis and are also posted to a collection of qualified workers looking for employment who are listed on our database.
In order to use this service we do have specific terms and conditions that must be adhered to:
• You must send back the reply slip by the deadline stated.
• The following information must be provided:
o Vacancy – The actual job title
o Proven skills/ Knowledge required
o Qualifications required
o Hours/ Days of work
o Name of Provision
o Recruiter contact name
o Address
o Contact telephone number
o Closing date for application
• All sections must be completed in order for the vacancy to be advertised. In addition please ensure that no extra headings are added.
• Please also bear in mind that the information you provide on this template will be printed on the web and distributed to qualified childcare workers and the local job centers.
• We are not able to update adverts on an ad-hoc basis.
• Adverts are updated once a month only.
• If you wish to re-advertise a vacancy for an extra month you will need to complete another reply slip.
• We cannot accept a telephone call or email. We must have a signed copy of the reply slip returned to us by post or fax.
