Children and young people - hospice care | |
Children's hospices provide respite as well as terminal care for children suffering from life-limiting conditions in a home-from-home environment. Care is provided for the child and their family at no cost to them for as long as is necessary, including post bereavement support. External Agencies are used to provide this service. Respite/Support is accessed from the following local hospices. This is usually progressed via a professional, generally a health professional. Haven House Children’s Hospice
