We work with people who have significant and permanent disabilities that cause difficulties in carrying out the essential activities of daily living, which may include;
Eligibility
Some equipment and adaptations, including specialist equipment and larger adaptations, can only be provided following a needs assessment. An occupational therapist from Enfield’s Social Care service will visit you in your own home or see you at the AT Home Service to carry out an assessment. Required Customer Information
