Tenant Involvement Unit
Tenant Participation is aimed at the full involvement of tenants in how their homes and estates are managed, with the aim of improving housing services and improving the quality of life in local communities. Tenants are also encouraged to work with the council having real influence on the decision making process through a variety of mechanisms.
The Tenant involvement Unit promotes, develops, and facilitates the involvement of tenants in the management of their housing service. We aim to do so by encouraging tenants to get involved in the decision-making process and having a real voice in how their homes are managed.
Tenants are consulted individually using “The Network”, through their residents association or through the Federation of Enfield Community Association (FECA) the umbrella organisation funded by the Council to champion tenants rights.
