The local authority deals with squatters and unauthorised occupants in Council property and will take action against a person who is squatting or who has unauthorised occupants in empty properties.

Required Customer Information
If members of the tenant’s household and left in occupation, proof of residence is required such as utility bills, Council Tax registration. Reports from neighbouring residents.
Service Level Agreement and Turnaround
Dependent upon circumstances and proof of residency.
